Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Captain cancels (weather, mechanical, safety): full refund or reschedule, your choice.
  • Customer cancels 30+ days before charter: full refund or reschedule.
  • Customer cancels within 30 days of charter: no refund.
  • No-shows: full payment forfeited.
  • Late arrivals: charter time may be shortened to keep the schedule on track.

Weather Authority

The captain has full authority to delay, reroute, reschedule, or cancel any charter for: lightning, high winds, heavy rain, poor visibility, unsafe tide or sea conditions, mechanical concerns, or any safety issue. Captain-initiated cancellations always come with a full refund or reschedule at no cost to you.

Alcohol & Conduct

  • BYOB allowed in moderation.
  • No glass containers.
  • No illegal substances.
  • Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding.
  • The captain may end the charter early for unsafe conduct. No refund for safety-related removal.

Children

  • Children are welcome on every charter.
  • Children count toward the 6-guest maximum.
  • Parents or guardians must supervise minors.
  • Life jackets must be worn when required by law or captain instruction.
