
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Reschedules
- Captain cancels (weather, mechanical, safety): full refund or reschedule, your choice.
- Customer cancels 30+ days before charter: full refund or reschedule.
- Customer cancels within 30 days of charter: no refund.
- No-shows: full payment forfeited.
- Late arrivals: charter time may be shortened to keep the schedule on track.
Weather Authority
The captain has full authority to delay, reroute, reschedule, or cancel any charter for: lightning, high winds, heavy rain, poor visibility, unsafe tide or sea conditions, mechanical concerns, or any safety issue. Captain-initiated cancellations always come with a full refund or reschedule at no cost to you.
Alcohol & Conduct
- BYOB allowed in moderation.
- No glass containers.
- No illegal substances.
- Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding.
- The captain may end the charter early for unsafe conduct. No refund for safety-related removal.
Children
- Children are welcome on every charter.
- Children count toward the 6-guest maximum.
- Parents or guardians must supervise minors.
- Life jackets must be worn when required by law or captain instruction.
